The Rosé Champagne is the ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes. Its delicate character makes it an excellent choice for light starters, such as the finest Italian prosciutto, tomato bruschetta or salmon prepared as Japanese 'tataki'. The Rosé Champagne is also an excellent accompaniment to grilled leg of duck and beef or duck carpaccio. 

Thanks to its sweet, floral nuances, it harmonizes uniquely with raspberry cake and other creamy desserts with red berries.

The Rosé Champagne owes its sensual taste and subtle nuances of rose, jasmine and lily to its unmistakable composition. 75 percent Pinot Noir and 25 percent Chardonnay grapes give the wine its fresh and fruity aroma. The cuveé is refined with 10 percent vintage wine from the best vintages. 7 percent red wine guarantees the contemplative, pale pink color of the rosé. 

The Rosé is allowed to mature for two years in our chalk cellars in Verzy to develop its aromatic notes of red berries and its complex, full flavor.  Try it - you will be delighted!
