The highly complex maturation process of Richard Bavion Champagne takes place in our deep 19th century chalk cellars. All bottles mature here for at least three years at a constant temperature of 9 - 10 °C. This allows the champagne flavor to gradually improve under the best possible conditions. We only disgorge the champagne when it's really ready.
The carefully selected, outstanding high quality grapes from our 60 years old Grand Cru Champagne vineyard and the perfectly natural conditions in Verzy are the basis on which Richard Bavion Champagne is made - in the heart of the Champagne region, the birthplace of the world’s most exclusive drink.
